WIC webinars highlight hydrogen opportunities in Brazil & Chile

As part of the cooperation between ABIHV (the Brazilian hydrogen association), the Belgian Hydrogen Council (BHC) and Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT), a webinar was organised on 25 March. After a general overview on the Brazilian H2 ecosystem, four selected ABIHV member companies (Stolthaven Terminals, Atlas Agro, Fortescue and Casa dos Ventos) have presented their projects and strategic perspectives related to Brazil’s hydrogen economy.  Brazil positions itself as the location with the lowest possible hydrogen cost price in the world, mainly due to their large hydropower capacity that allows them to produce green hydrogen continuously.  

The four presentations and recording - which you can find on the WIC platform - focused mainly on large scale ammonia production, for offtakers in fertiliser production and maritime applications. 

On 8 May, from 14.00 - 15.00, another webinar will be organised in the framework of the collaboration with H2Chile. A separate invitation will be sent on a later date.
