New CEF energy call launched

The European Commission has launched a fresh call under the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Energy programme. The spotlight? Cross-border energy infrastructure projects that serve shared or mutual interests. Yes, you heard that right.

There’s a €600 million budget on the table for studies and works that strengthen energy connections across Europe’s borders. To be eligible, projects must be listed as a Project of Common Interest (PCI) or Project of Mutual Interest (PMI).
