Smart dHYstrict webinar: Hydrogen districts in the Netherlands by Enexis

As part of the Smart dHYstrict project, funded by Interreg Flanders-Netherlands, project partner Enexis presents their vision and experiences regarding hydrogen in the built environment in a webinar on the 10th of February from 15:00 to 16:00. Several hydrogen districts have already been realised in the Netherlands. Hydrogen can help address grid congestion issues for example. More information about the hydrogen districts can be found here. 

There will be three more webinars, which will be published at a later date. VDL Klima will clarify the pioneering technology of hydrogen storage in a saline solution in April 2026. This technology is being integrated by VDL Klima itself into their pilot site in Eindhoven. Solhyd will present its hydrogen panels in June 2026.  Solhyd is supplying hydrogen panels for the pilot site at Green Energy Park in Zellik. Finally, Newes will explain its new innovative electrolysis technology in September 2026. This electrolysis will be deployed for the first time within the small industrial pilot site of VDL Klima in Eindhoven. 

The webinars will be held in Dutch.
