Hydrogen Council to Launch Global Hydrogen Compass 2026
The Hydrogen Council will launch its flagship Global Hydrogen Compass 2026 report during two live virtual sessions on 10 September 2026, providing a fact-based assessment of the global hydrogen industry's progress, challenges, and future opportunities. Complementing the International Energy Agency's Global Hydrogen Review, the report combines market analysis with insights from around 70 Hydrogen Council member CEOs to examine hydrogen's growing role in strengthening energy security, industrial competitiveness, resilience, and decarbonisation. The launch event will feature Hydrogen Council Co-Chairs Jaehoon Chang (Hyundai Motor Group) and François Jackow (Air Liquide), alongside industry leaders discussing market developments, lessons from operational projects, and the actions needed to translate policy ambition into bankable demand and accelerate hydrogen deployment worldwide.
