The federal government wants to promote Belgium's role as a hub for renewable hydrogen, in line with the Federal Hydrogen Strategy. To that end, it is organising a project call to promote research on the development and demonstration of hydrogen import technologies and infrastructure. All hydrogen import technologies are eligible for this call, insofar as they enable the injection of gaseous hydrogen on the hydrogen transport network in Belgium.
