Toyota Motor Europe

Toyota Motor Corporation is a Japanese car manufacturer that is one of the top three largest car manufacturers in the world. Toyota is a pioneer in sustainable mobility with its hybrid models and strongly believes in hydrogen as the powertrain of the future. In Belgium, Toyota has an R&D center and test track in Zaventem. Together with Air Liquide, they realized a hydrogen refilling station. In 2014, Toyota launched its Mirai as their first marketable hydrogen passenger car. They have sold 6,000 copies of it so far and are looking to scale up to 30,000 by 2030.
